Purchasing credits

Before collecting any data from telefi, you will need to first purchase credits. Credits are used for any purchases you make within the application at a rate of 1 credit/successful address pulled. Note that if we do not have data for a given address, we will not charge you. To purchase credits, use the following steps:

  1. Click on the billing tab on the left sidebar. This will be the 5th button from the top with a piece of paper icon.
  2. If you have not already added a payment method to your account, do so by doing the following:
    1. Click the add payment method button. This will display a popup by Stripe allowing you to input card information. Fill out the form and hit "Save Card". You may the continue to the next steps for purchasing
  3. You should see a large slider that displays your current credit balance, the amount of credits ready for purchase (set by the slider), the cost of purchasing those credits, and the rate per credit. As you move the slider to the right, the number of credits you will purchase increases. Take note that the rate lowers the more credits you purchase. This ranges from $0.25/credit all the way down to $0.19/credit when buying the maximum 5000 credits for $950.
  4. After you've moved your slider to the amount you would like to purchase, hit the purchase button. After confirmation, your card will be charged and your current balance should update. If you experience any issues with this process, be sure that your card is valid and has the required funds. Contact us at info@telefi.app with your desired spend per month and we can discuss bulk rates and monthly billing.
