Managing data
Now that you have data pulled from the map, it's time to do things with it! Let's start by taking a look through it. Click on the "manage" button on the left sidebar. This is the second button down, directly below the search button. Like you saw before, there are two tables, one with the currently selected addresses on the map, and below that is all of your purchased data. On the top right you have a few options to read through what you have. If for example, you wanted to find a specific person in your list, you can use the search bar. This will search all of the data by each of the columns, meaning you can type in a name, phone number, or address and it will filter down to those that match while you type them. Additionally, you can filter by the time they were purchased. This can be especially helpful for taking a look at all of the data you pulled that day. Finally, there is a filter by disposition. This allows you to only see the data that matches the disposition you select in the dropdown.
Exporting data
Many of our customers operate with phone rooms with their own CRM or dialer software. We offer an easy way to export all of your data in a CSV format so you can use your data in whatever workflow or other software makes the most sense for your business. You'll first want to click on the checkboxes on the left side of each data point you want to export. An easier way to do this is select a time frame that you would like to export in the "Purchased date" dropdown and select the top left checkbox on the table that selects all the data. This way, you can choose "Today" and export all of the data that you pulled for the day.
Once the data is selected, hit the export button on the top right of the table. This will initiate a download of the data in a CSV format, ready for you to use in whatever way works best for your business.
