Dispositions

Dispositions are useful when using telefi to manage your data and see these details displayed on a map. Often times this can be used as a pseudo CRM, allowing you to track contacts that you have reached out to or are in the process of engaging with.

Creating dispositions

To create dispositions, click on the disposition icon on the sidebar. This is the 4th icon down, below the layers button. Then click "Add disposition". A menu will populate below with a field for the disposition name, the color, and an icon of your choosing. Once you have made your choices, hit submit and the disposition will be created.

Deleting dispositions

Deleting dispositions is a straight forward process should you need to do so. Simply open the disposition view as described before, click the desired disposition, and click the delete button in the menu that appears below. You will now be prompted on how to address data that already has that disposition assigned. A dropdown will allow you to either change the disposition to another that you have, or if left blank, it will simply remove the disposition from all data that uses it.

Assigning dispositions

You can assign dispositions in the sidebar panel on the right that appears when selecting an address. Open this by either clicking on an address on the map, or selecting edit on an address in the manage view. Then select the disposition button on the sidebar. You will be shown all of your dispositions you currently have setup for your user or team. Simply click the desired disposition and it will be set on address. Note that only one disposition can be set to an address at a time. Consider this as a state of being for the address.
